Course modified date: 18 September 2026

Introduction to Electrical Power II Electrical Power II builds upon the foundational concepts introduced in Electrical Power I, advancing students’ knowledge of generation, transmission, and utilization of electrical energy. The course emphasizes three‑phase systems, power factor correction, synchronous and induction machines, and modern power distribution techniques. Students will explore both theoretical principles and practical applications, preparing them to analyze, design, and maintain electrical power systems in line with industry standards. By the end of the module, learners will be equipped with the technical competence required to contribute effectively to national development goals in energy and infrastructure.
